Scrotum Piercing

A scrotum piercing, often referred to as a Hafada, is a type of piercing that is placed anywhere on the stretchy skin on the underside of the scrotum. The placement can vary anywhere in between a lorum and a guiche, and the most common placement is along the scrotal raphe, or "seam".

Multiple piercings up or down the scrotum are frequently referred to as a scrotal ladder. These piercings can also be done in pairs, with one ring on either side of the scrotal seam, although this placement is less common, as scrotal anatomy is usually asymmetrical.

Although there can be some functionality due to the sensitivity of the scrotal area, these piercings are typically considered ornamental, as the piercings are not involved in penetrative sex. A benefit to scrotum piercings is that they are unlikely to cause a condom to break, which can be a potential concern with other penis piercings.

Due to the stretchy skin of this area, scrotum piercings are considered fairly easy to stretch, if that is the wearer's goal in the future.

If you prefer the look of a thicker piercing, or have had trouble healing piercings in the past and want a more stable piercing, our piercers may be able to pierce you with a larger gauge than listed above, however; for safety and healing we will not pierce with anything smaller.
