Association of Professional Piercers
The APP is an international health and safety organization and one of the only regulatory bodies for the piercing industry in North America. They are dedicated to the dissemination of information and continuation of education for body piercers everywhere. As members of the APP, it means that we adhere to all of their jewellery, sterilization, and piercing standards.
As there are no provincial or federal regulations for body piercing in Canada, it is important for us to follow an internationally-known and recognized standard so clients can feel safe knowing our piercers follow proper aseptic technique and only use safe materials for their piercing procedures.
All of our piercers are members or are in the process of becoming members of the APP. All of our guest piercers are members or meet the standards of membership.
