Christina Piercing
A Christina piercing is a type of genital surface piercing that passes through the mons pubis (the fleshy mound above the pubic bone) and the cleft of Venus (where the labia majora meet, just above the clitoral hood).
Due to the placement, this piercing is considered decorative rather than functional as it does not connect with the clitoris.
Similar to other surface piercings, Christina piercings have a longer healing time than most genital piercings, and have a higher chance of rejection due to the shallow placement in the skin.

Although healing times vary for all individuals, these are average time frames that most clients fall into. If you are still noticing swelling around your piercing after 8 weeks, we recommend coming in for a piercing consultation so our piercer can take a look at the piercing and assess the situation.
If you prefer the look of a thicker piercing, or have had trouble healing piercings in the past and want a more stable piercing, our piercers may be able to pierce you with a larger gauge than listed above, however; for safety and healing we will not pierce with anything smaller.
