Our Health and Safety Plan

Please review before your appointment!
Good Form’s top priority is the safety of our wonderful staff and clients. We will continue to strive to provide you with the absolute best experience that we can, and in order to serve these two important goals, we have made some changes.
Mask are still required
Due to the proximity required for piercing and tattooing procedures, all clients are required to bring and wear a mask to their appointments. You must put on your mask before entering the building, and must wear it until you leave. Do not touch or adjust your mask inside the building. Food and water breaks will be taken outside.
If you do not have your own mask, we can provide you with a disposable one.
No piercings under your mask
At this time, we will not be offering services that require the removal of masks for our employee's safety. This includes any nasal or oral piercings, such as nostrils, septums, lips, tongues, etc. We will be posting on all social media when we are available to do so again.
No walk ins
Going forward we will be operating on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis. All appointments must be booked in advance, this includes; consultations, tattoos, piercings, troubleshooting, jewellery changes, and jewellery sales.

No waiting room
Our small waiting area can not accommodate adequate space for social distancing, so we have closed it for the time being. We ask that, when you arrive for your pre-scheduled appointment, that you call us from your car, and we will invite you in when we are ready for you.
For anyone arriving by bus or on foot, there is a covered area with a picnic table where you can wait. Please maintain 6 feet of distance from anyone else who may be using the picnic area.
To minimize the number of people in our small space, we cannot currently allow more than one friend, family member, or support person to come with you to your appointment. We do not currently have the facilities to allow children who are not receiving piercings or services in the studio.
In the case of persons under 16 receiving a piercing, one parent or guardian will be required to come inside with them, and will be their one guest allowed.
If you are feeling unwell
DO NOT ENTER the studio if you are currently experiencing flu-like symptoms such as cough, fever, and shortness of breath. For the safety of all, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
As per Island Health's suggested guidelines we are requiring that everyone wait 14 days after any out of country travel before coming into the shop for an appointment. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to accommodate this requirement.
Eat before you arrive
To prevent lightheadedness, we require that you have eaten a meal within four hours of your appointment. As we do not allow the removal of masks while in the studio, you may not eat or drink during your appointment, but only outside during breaks.
If you know exactly the jewellery you need, including; gauge, length/diameter, style, etc, and do not need it inserted, we can organize a contactless pick up at the studio that does not require you to enter the premises.
