Good Form Piercing & Tattoos is a completely custom tattoo shop in Nanaimo, BC. Our tattoo artists draw everything specifically to the client's request. Every tattoo artist in our shop is trained in proper sterilization and infection control. They apply the same amount of importance to your health as they do to your artwork.

To book a tattoo appointment, please fill out our appointment request form here. A $50 deposit (per hour booked) is required to secure an appointment. This can be paid via e-transfer, or in person by any standard payment method. All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling an appointment requires at least 72 hours notice. 

We accept all forms of payment, but DO NOT keep a cash float, and therefore cannot provide change. 

All clients must be 18 or older by the day of their tattoo appointment. ID is required for every tattoo procedure we perform.
