Before Your Appointment

Getting a new tattoo is an exciting adventure. Here are our best tips on how to come to your appointment prepared

  • Bring your Government-issued ID
  • Get a good night's sleep the night before your appointment
  • Refrain from drinking alcohol at least one night before your appointment (the more the better)
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
  • Start moisturizing the area you are getting tattooed as far in advance as possible (2-7 days in advance is wonderful) but do not apply moisturizer before your appointment
  • Eat a full meal within 4 hours of your appointment start time
  • No numbing creams, no skin damage (we can't tattoo a sunburn)
  • If you are feeling unwell, call or email us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Not only will being tattooed feel much worse if you are sick, but we want to keep our staff and other clients safe and healthy as well
In our post-COVID world, the shop has made some policy changes, you can review them here

Please note that while we accept all forms of payment, we DO NOT keep a cash float, and therefore cannot provide change.
