Penis Piercings

There are many different types of piercings available for those who have penises. All of these piercings are anatomy-specific.

Penis Piercings

AmpallangAn Ampallang piercing is a piercing done with a straight barbell that goes horizontally through the shaft of the penis. This can be done directly through the urethra or slightly above or below the urethra.

Apadravya An Apadravya piercing is a piercing done with a straight barbell that goes vertically through the shaft of the penis.

DydoeDydoe piercings pass through the ridged edge on the head of the penis, also known as the coronal ridge. These are extremely anatomy-specific, as the person being pierced must have a very pronounced ridge to pierce through.

ForeskinA foreskin piercing goes through the thin tissue of the foreskin, and is most similar to a clitoral hood piercing on someone with a vulva.

FrenumA frenum piercing is any piercing done on the underside of the penis. Multiple piercings can be done in a row, commonly referred to as a frenum ladder. Depending on the location, a frenum may become a lorum.

GuicheA guiche piercing goes through the perineum, which is the tissue located between the genitals and the anus. Due to the placement, this piercing is a tough heal, and requires diligent cleaning.

LorumA lorum piercing is very similar to a frenum piercing, but farther back on the underside of the shaft. The term Lorum comes from the saying that the piercing is "lower than a frenum".

Prince Albert - A Prince Albert piercing is a very common penis piercing that appears to go through a large amount of tissue, but actually utilizes the existing tube of tissue of the urethra. PA piercings are considered easy to heal and most people have suitable anatomy for these piercings.

Pubic - A pubic piercing is a type of piercing that is placed where the pubic mound meets the base of the penis. When placed too high, this piercing has a high rejection rate.

Reverse Prince AlbertLike it sounds, a Reverse Prince Albert is the reverse of a traditional Price Albert piercing - rather than going through the urethra and out the bottom of the shaft, the piercing goes through the top of the penis.

ScrotumA scrotum piercing, also called a Hafada, is a single or set of piercings that is done through the scrotum. These piercings are done with rings, and can be done on any part of the scrotum with enough tissue to support a piercing.
